Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from My Account > Orders. Items must be unused, unwashed and with original tags.
Refunds
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or as store credit. Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality check.
Non-returnable items
Custom and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
