Orders
An order is accepted once payment (or the secured-COD advance) is confirmed. Prices include GST. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are made after you order. Expected dispatch dates are estimates and we will keep you updated at each production stage.
